I align the relationships — across investors, capital partners, and key stakeholders — that determine whether decisions actually move forward, and I often operate alongside leadership in critical growth discussions.

I am retained to create strategic access, select and map critical stakeholders, and navigate complex decision environments where capital and outcomes are determined. I help clients identify where influence truly sits, how alignment is built, and how to engage decision-makers with precision, credibility, and timing.

My background spans private capital, government-adjacent advisory, and complex stakeholder negotiations. Earlier in my career, as Partner and Chief Relationship Officer at Lugen Family Office, I worked in business mediation and facilitated private placements with ultra-high-net-worth families — shaping an approach that is disciplined, perceptive, and grounded in human motivation.

I work selectively with a small number of clients. I do not operate as a broker, raise capital, nor do I provide volume introductions. I advise on who to engage, when to engage, and how decisions are actually made.
